🔹 Operations Management

Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing plant, quarry, and construction projects.

Ensure efficient production and supply of aggregates, blocks, precast concrete, and ready-mix.

Monitor machinery, logistics, and infrastructure to maintain optimal performance.
🔹 Sales and Marketing Oversight

Drive revenue growth through strong marketing and sales strategies.

Oversee customer relationship management and lead generation efforts.

Expand the company’s market share regionally and nationally.
🔹 Financial Management

Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts.

Oversee cost control, procurement, and financial reporting.

Ensure profitability and financial sustainability of the company.
🔹 Human Resource Management

Provide leadership to department heads and promote teamwork.

Oversee recruitment, training, and employee performance management.

Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
🔹 Project Management

Supervise the planning and execution of construction and infrastructure projects.

Ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and budget compliance on all projects.
🔹 Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental regulations.

Oversee implementation of corporate policies and risk mitigation plans.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a senior leadership role within construction, manufacturing, or related industries.

Proven track record of business growth, operational efficiency, and team leadership.
